2. Who we are

Contractors On Call is a d/b/a of Revolution Contractors LLC (Sunbiz filing G26000082501), a licensed Florida general contractor at 701 37th St S #8, St. Petersburg, FL 33711. Licenses: FL CRC1331628 and FL CGC1522463.

3. The website is not a contract for construction

This website describes services we offer. It doesn't create a construction contract. Any actual construction work is governed by a separate written agreement between you and Revolution Contractors LLC, signed after we scope the job.

4. Quotes and estimates

• A quote from a photo or a phone call is preliminary. If the on-site condition is different from what was described, the number can change — we'll tell you before starting work.
• Written quotes are valid for 30 days unless we say otherwise on the quote itself.
• Scope changes and unforeseen conditions may add to the cost. Change orders are confirmed in writing before we do the extra work.

5. Acceptable use of the site

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site
• Upload malicious code or harmful content
• Interfere with or disrupt the site
• Scrape or harvest content or contact information

6. Content you send us

When you send us a photo, message, or project description, you confirm that you have the right to share it (or the property owner's permission). You give us a limited license to use it to price and complete the job. We won't use your project photos in marketing without asking first.

The site's content (text, layout, logos, images we provide) is owned by Revolution Contractors LLC or its licensors. You may view it for personal, non-commercial use. Don't copy or republish it without our written permission.

8. Disclaimers

Our total liability for anything related to the site is capped at $100. Liability for construction services is governed by the separate written contract for that work, not by these Terms.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Florida law. Disputes about the site will be resolved in Pinellas County, Florida — through binding arbitration where allowed by law, or in a Florida court otherwise. Small-claims court, injunctive relief, and construction-lien proceedings are not affected by this section.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
